Headspace in a sealed oil bottle gives a fast signal on O₂, CO and CO₂. Rapidox 3100 is a companion tool: it does not replace full DGA (C₂H₂, C₂H₄, CH₄, H₂) but prioritises urgent lab work.
Workflow: sample oil → measure headspace with 3100 → green/yellow/red decision → full DGA on schedule or expedited → correlate trends, not single absolutes.
