Description

The new portable pneumatic rock drills of Series 75 from the OZBIO plant are modern drilling equipment featuring unified components and an improved design, delivering extended service life and greater ease of operation.

Key advantages

Unified power unit

The telescopic rock drill PT75 and the hand-held rock drill PP75 share a unified power unit (identical components used in both: cylinder, piston-striker, valve assembly, rotation screw, and the complete barrel assembly), significantly reducing the range of spare parts that need to be purchased.

Compatibility with older models

A number of parts carried over from the PP54 rock drills (valve assembly, vibration-damping device, drill-steel holder) make it possible to use existing warehouse stock.

Upgraded chuck bushing

The design of the rotary-splined chuck bushing allows retooling for a different rod size, or replacement of a worn bushing element directly at the job site.

Automatic water feed

The rock drill design incorporates an upgraded drilling-mode control unit with a more convenient layout of the connection elements and an automatic water-feed system that activates when the drilling modes are engaged.

Convenient control

A convenient remote-control handle is used in the design of the PT75 telescopic rock drill. Smooth adjustment of the telescopic feed unit's feed force has also been added.
