Description

60M15 (KPH) is an Orbit 60 input module for phase reference and speed measurement, with a rotational speed range up to 120,000 rpm. The module accepts a Keyphasor signal from a shaft-mounted sensor and provides a speed and phase reference for the other vibration monitoring modules in the same chassis.

The module installs into an Orbit 60 Series chassis (3U/6U) and works alongside the chassis's control and power modules — 60M01 SIM, 60M02 PPM, and 60M03 CMM. Channel configuration and diagnostics run through Orbit Studio, while trend analysis and data archiving run through System 1.

Where it's used

60M15 is used on equipment that needs a phase and speed reference for synchronous vibration analysis — from typical industrial turbines and compressors to high-speed units (turboexpanders, high-speed compressors) where rotational speed exceeds the range of standard tachometer modules.
