KEG TRK Held an Equipment Reliability Seminar in Almaty: Photo Report

On October 1, 2026, KEG TRK held a technical seminar on industrial equipment diagnostics and reliability at the Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel in Almaty, next to the KIOGE 2026 exhibition venue. Announcement and program: SDT | Artesis | Bently Nevada Day.

Diagnostics and condition-based maintenance

The program combined several areas: SDT ultrasound inspection, Artesis motor diagnostics based on electrical signals, Bently Nevada vibration monitoring and ION Science gas detection solutions.

The common theme was using diagnostic data when making maintenance decisions. Each method solves its own set of problems; the choice depends on the type of equipment, operating conditions and the faults that need to be found.

Practical examples

The seminar materials included examples of using ultrasound to check steam traps and shut-off valves. These tasks tie measurements to the assessment of a specific component and to the need for further inspection.

At the demonstration table, participants could see diagnostic instruments. The photos show the working atmosphere of the seminar: presentations to the audience, equipment, and examples discussed on screen.
