Program

For the first time, we're combining complementary predictive-diagnostics technologies in one program — vibration monitoring, current-based motor analysis, and ultrasound diagnostics:

1. Vibration diagnostics and continuous monitoring (Bently Nevada)

Improving the reliability of turbomachinery, compressors, pump stations, and other critical rotating equipment.

2. Current-based motor diagnostics (Artesis e-MCM / AMT Pro)

A sensorless system for early detection of rotor, stator, and bearing defects in electric-drive equipment.

3. Ultrasound bearing lubrication (SDT LUBExpert)

Moving from schedule-based to condition-based lubrication: the instrument shows exactly when and how much grease a bearing needs, preventing both over-greasing overheating and under-greasing wear.

4. Condition monitoring with ultrasound inspection (SDT 340)

Compressed air, gas, and vacuum leak detection; electrical equipment diagnostics (arcing, corona and surface discharge, partial discharge in switchgear); steam trap and valve testing; early-stage bearing and rotating equipment condition monitoring.

A dedicated session by Ion Science (UK)

Instruments for detecting toxic and explosive gases (H2S, volatile organic compounds) and protecting personnel at oil & gas facilities.

Who should attend

  • Chief mechanics and power engineers
  • Automation/process control teams
  • Reliability and diagnostics groups
  • Technical department managers responsible for equipment operation and maintenance

What this delivers

  • Higher equipment reliability and operational safety
  • Fewer emergency shutdowns and unplanned repairs
  • Lower spend on lubricants, electricity, and compressed air
  • A move to condition-based maintenance

Registration

To attend, please designate a responsible contact and send an attendee list by September 25, 2026. All specialists will receive a certificate of participation in SDT | Artesis | Bently Nevada Day.
