Artesis — sensorless electric motor monitoring
Artesis develops condition monitoring systems for electric motors and generators based on current signature analysis and artificial intelligence. The technology works without vibration sensors and without stopping equipment.
Founded in 2006 in İzmir, Turkey. The technology is based on NASA research and more than 35 years of R&D. Artesis systems are used in more than 50 countries to monitor industrial motors from 1 to 30,000 kW.
How Artesis monitoring works
Three steps from connection to automatic diagnostics
Connect to the cable
The e-MCM connects to the motor's power cable inside the electrical cabinet. Installation takes place without stopping production and without sensors on the mechanical part — only current clamps.
AI signal analysis
The built-in machine learning algorithm builds a digital twin of the motor and continuously compares the current signature against a database of 10+ million reference signatures.
Diagnostics and alerts
The system automatically identifies the type of fault, assesses its severity, and sends an alert to responsible personnel 3–6 months before a possible failure.
