I-care Wi-care PURE G24 — wireless vibration data collector

Overview

The Wi-care PURE G24 is a portable wireless vibration data collector from the Belgian company I-care for route-based rounds. Instead of a cabled instrument with a single-axis sensor, the operator works with a tablet and wireless triaxial sensors. Placed on a point, the sensor captures horizontal, vertical and axial directions in one reading.

What it measures

• Velocity — overall condition: imbalance, misalignment, looseness.
• Acceleration — bearings and gears.
• I-DNA — early detection of bearing and gearbox defects.
• Single-axis and triaxial modes; one button can control several sensors.

Route and fixed monitoring in one platform

PURE and fixed Wi-care 130 G23 sensors share the I-see platform. Critical machines usually get fixed sensors, while the rest of the fleet is covered on PURE routes. For variable-speed machines with many points, see the Wi-care 240 module.
