How it works

  1. An acoustic sensor on the bearing housing (or an adjacent point) continuously assesses the friction level.
  2. The controller compares the signal against the "lubrication needed" threshold.
  3. The pulsator delivers a precise dose of grease — not on a schedule, but on evidence.
  4. Data goes to UAS3 for trending and reporting.

Lubrication becomes part of condition-based maintenance rather than a calendar procedure.
