Description

The 3500/33 is a sixteen-channel relay module for the 3500 rack. Like the 3500/32M, each relay is driven by Alarm Drive Logic from 3500 Rack Configuration Software, but 16 SPDT relays fit in one slot. Two SPDT relays can be configured to act as one DPDT.

Specifications (datasheet 162301)

Parameter Value
Relays 16 SPDT relays, epoxy sealed; can be paired to act as DPDT
Rating up to 5 A; 70 W at 24 Vdc; gold-contact option for low currents
Trip logic Alarm Drive Logic (AND/OR) on Alert, Danger, Not OK and measured variables
Power 5.8 W typical

Shaft Misalignment: the Hidden Killer of Bearings, Couplings and Seals

Up to half of all rotating equipment failures are linked to shaft misalignment. We break down the types of misalignment, its consequences, and how vibration analysis and current analysis detect it before it destroys couplings and bearings.

4 Stages of Bearing Failure: How to Catch a Defect Months Before It Fails

A bearing doesn't fail instantly — it goes through 4 stages of degradation, and the first one is only visible to ultrasound. We break down the P-F curve and which diagnostic method works at each stage of bearing failure.
