Overview
The OmniScan X3 is an Olympus (now Evident) phased array flaw detector with full matrix capture (FMC) and the Total Focusing Method (TFM). It combines phased array, TOFD and TFM in one instrument, so it handles both routine weld inspection and tasks that need an accurate picture of the defect.
The series includes the base X3 and the X3 64 with more pulsers, wider bandwidth and a 1 TB SSD.
