Rapidox 6100 Clean Air Pumpback measures both SF₆ and dry air with pump-back (zero emission sampling). For Clean Air, oxygen and dew point are primary indicators; O₂ drift with stable pressure signals seal problems or incorrect nitrogen commissioning.
