Description
ELEMER-REM-2 420 is a flameproof electromagnetic flow meter by ELEMER (1Ex db IIC T6...T3 Gb X, Ex tb IIIC T85...150C Db X), designed for measuring the flow of conductive liquids at explosion-hazardous facilities.
Nominal diameter range is DN 15-400 mm, operating pressure up to 4.0 MPa, with a wide dynamic range of 1:20 to 1:500 depending on the version. Accuracy is from ±0.15%. Lining is polyurethane (up to +80 °C) or fluoroplastic (up to +150 °C); electrodes are stainless steel, hastelloy or titanium depending on media aggressiveness. Compact or remote versions are available with an inter-unit cable up to 100 m, along with an in-situ verification function without removing the meter from the pipeline.
