Bently Nevada systems protect turbines, compressors, generators and pumps at power plants, refineries, gas compressor stations and mining and processing plants across Kazakhstan. Many of them run for decades, and sooner or later the question comes up: where to buy a replacement sensor, a module to extend a 3500 rack or a System 1 licence without getting the item wrong or creating a problem on site.
KEG TRK is an official business partner of Bently Nevada (a Baker Hughes business) in Kazakhstan. Below is what this means for the customer in practice.
What Bently Nevada supplies
| Area | Products | Task |
|---|---|---|
| Protection systems | 3500, Orbit 60 | API 670 protection of critical machines |
| Software | System 1 | Diagnostics, trends, online fleet monitoring |
| Sensors | 3300 XL, Velomitor, accelerometers, 177230 | Vibration, position, speed |
| General-purpose monitors | 1900/65A, 2300, ADAPT | Pumps, fans, balance of plant |
| Online fleet monitoring | Trendmaster Pro, Ranger Pro | Scanning and wireless monitoring |
| Portable instruments | SCOUT / vb | Route-based diagnostics |
How an official partner differs from the grey market
1. Authenticity and traceability
Sensors, monitors and modules are supplied through the manufacturer's official channel. For protection equipment that trips a turbine this is fundamental: a refurbished or counterfeit module may pass incoming inspection and fail at the moment it should act.
2. The right item by order code
Almost every Bently Nevada product is ordered by a code with options: for example 330500-AA-BB for Velomitor, 177230-AA-BB-CC for the seismic transmitter, 330851-AA-BBB-CCC-DD-EE-FF for the 25 mm probe. Each letter group is length, thread, cable armour, range or hazardous area approval. One wrong option and the sensor does not fit or is not suitable for the zone. We select the item from the nameplate, project specification or data sheet and check it against the datasheet.
3. Hazardous area approvals
At refineries, gas facilities and chemical plants, sensors must carry approval for the relevant zone (ATEX, IECEx, CSA and others), set by an option in the order code. The official channel ensures the delivered product matches the ordered option and comes with documents.
4. Documentation
Every product comes with a datasheet, manual and approval data. On KEG TRK product pages we publish official Bently Nevada datasheets as PDFs, for example for the 3300 XL 25 mm, 330400, 177230 and 1900/65A.
5. Lifecycle and obsolescence
Bently Nevada retires older product lines and offers migration paths. An official partner knows about these changes in advance and helps plan replacement, instead of hunting for a rare module once the rack has failed. Details are in the article on migrating from 7200 and 3300 to 3300 XL.
6. Service and engineering support
Supply is only part of the job. Selection, compatibility checks with the existing system, commissioning, 3500 and System 1 configuration and staff training are also needed. KEG TRK carries out this work on sites in Kazakhstan.

How to send a request for a fast answer
- Nameplate or full order code (part number) of the existing product; a photo is fine.
- The system the product works in: 3500, 3300, 7200, Orbit 60, 1900 and so on.
- Machine and measurement point: equipment type, bearing, hazardous area classification.
- Quantity and required timing.
With this data we select the item, check compatibility and propose lead times. If the product is obsolete, we propose a replacement and a migration plan.
Summary
Working with an official Bently Nevada business partner is not only a guarantee of authenticity. It means the correct order code with the right options, approval for hazardous areas, full documentation, lifecycle planning for protection systems and local engineering service.
