Overview
The 72DL PLUS is a precision ultrasonic thickness gauge from Olympus (now the Evident brand) for thin and multilayer products. It comes in two versions: standard at 0.2–30 MHz and high-frequency at 20–125 MHz, with resolution down to 0.25 µm.
It measures up to six layers in one measurement, and rates up to 2 kHz allow work directly on production lines. It is operated through a 7-inch touchscreen.
